Ordering & Delivery

How fast will I get my code?

  • Almost instantly. Most codes are delivered in seconds via email and your account dashboard.
  • In rare cases, it may take up to 5–10 minutes.

Where can I find my purchased codes?

  • Log in → Dashboard → My Orders.
  • Every code, subscription, or credit you've bought will appear there.

What if I didn't receive my code?

  • Check your spam/junk mail.
  • Refresh your dashboard.
  • If still missing after 15 minutes, contact support.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept UPI payments powered by Razorpay for secure and instant transactions.

Why was my payment declined?

  • It could be bank restrictions, wrong details, or insufficient funds.
  • Try again or use another method.

Digital Services & Codes

How do I redeem a code or subscription?

  • Follow the instructions provided with your code.
  • Each product page also has a redemption guide.

Do codes expire?

  • Yes, some codes have expiry dates.
  • Always check before purchase.

Can I gift a code or subscription to someone else?

  • Yes! Just forward the code or enter their email at checkout.

Refunds & Replacements

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available only if:

  • The code delivered didn't work.
  • You were charged but never received a code.

What's non-refundable?

  • Redeemed codes
  • Wrong purchases (if the code was already delivered)
  • Expired codes

Is my account safe?
