Clear guidelines for refunds at DojoPass

At DojoPass, we understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions and process for refunds.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

  • Payment charged but product not delivered within 24 hours.
  • Invalid or faulty code delivered (with valid proof from the customer).

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Wrong product purchased by the customer.
  • Code already redeemed or misused after delivery.
  • Issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., the streaming service/game rejecting a valid code).

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 24 hours of purchase at:

  • Please include order details and proof of the issue.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.

Important Note

All refunds are subject to our fraud checks and verification process. Misuse of digital codes may lead to account suspension.
