• DojoPass is your trusted store for digital products providing access codes, subscriptions, and credits delivered electronically via email. We provide only codes and subscriptions for online services.
• By using our platform, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or have the supervision of a legal guardian.
• We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance.

• All products sold are digital-only and non-transferable.
• Once delivered, digital codes cannot be reused, resold, or redistributed.
• Customers are responsible for entering correct details (email, account info) while purchasing.

• Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and/or USD ($) depending on user location.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways such as Razorpay.
• DojoPass does not store any sensitive payment details.

• Orders are delivered instantly via email after successful payment confirmation.
• In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to system or network delays.
• Customers must check their spam/junk folders if emails are not received.

Since products are digital, refunds/cancellations are not possible once a code is delivered.

Refunds are only applicable if:

• Payment was deducted but no product was delivered.
• Delivered code is invalid or non-functional (with proof).

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Users agree not to:

• Use DojoPass for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Resell or misuse purchased codes.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our platform.

Violation may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.

• All product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
• DojoPass acts as your trusted store for digital products and does not claim ownership unless stated.

• DojoPass is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, incorrect entry of details, or third-party service failures.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Begusarai, Bihar.
